Finding it difficult to get to sleep in these stressful times?

Try these different breathing techniques to relax your mind and body. They are also great for stress.

  1. Inhale with slow deep breaths into the belly and exhale with long slow breaths, out through the nose or mouth.
  2. Put your hand on your belly if that helps.
  3. Shut your eyes and just focus on your breathing.
